Guide to Personalising your product

Many products on this website are available to be personalised at no extra charge.

If you require personalisation on a product you should fill out your required information in the boxes provided on the product page before placing your product in the basket.

The data input boxes shown reflect the typical information that is applied to that particular product, however other/different information can be provided in the 'comments' box if desired. A depiction of a personalised product is shown for each product where personalisation is standard to illustrate the location and available space. Your personalisation will be added exactly as you type it, so use CAPITALS only where you intend them and be sure to check your spelling.

On selected products such as stationery and workwear, we will email you a proof of your artworked personalisation before printing your order. Please email a reply stating whether the proof is OK to proceed with or if you would like to make any changes. Further amendments may be charged at an extra cost so please check thoroughly.  The sooner we receive your proof-approval, the sooner we will be able to dispatch your order.

Guide to supplying artwork, graphics, logos

If you require your logo to be added to your personalised item, there will be a one-time charge of £25.00.  Logos can be supplied in PDF, TIFF or EPS files at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi or higher.  We retain the right to decline any logo that will not reproduce well.  Please contact our sales team if you have any questions about supplying your logo.

If you require a national or trade association logo, simply let us know.  By requesting that such logo be added to your printing, you are confirming that you have the right to use the logo indicated.

We also have a number of stock logo designs available for you to use – these designs are free of charge.

Alternatively you can just post us a letterhead and we will match your logo accordingly.

When you place an order on our website you can upload your logo file during the checkout process. The upload facility appears in the shopping cart once you are registered and logged in.
